How the candy clues work
  1. Gumdrop means a correct digit is in the correct spot.
  2. Lollipop means a correct digit is in the wrong spot.
  3. Licorice means that guessed digit does not match the secret code.
  4. You always get 3 clues, and the clues are shuffled every guess, so they do not tell you which digit they refer to.
